Title: Roost tree at middle of hill. Setup is at top of hill.

Due to weather around here, only one gooble just before leaving roost tree. Then all quiet.
Tomorrow is the last day of spring season for me.

Maybe give a couple of hen clucks then shut up. Take this for what it is, as I am no expert turkey hunter.

Post by: tlbradford on April 15, 2009, 05:08:05 PM: Sit in your stand until sunset. Gobblers like to fly up into their roost from an elevated position, which should be close to your set-up.
