Hiked up on top of ridge and heard 2 cow calls. Stopped and listened for a min and had this bull come out from the timber and start working the treeline towards me. Go ahead of him and climbed on a stump and nocked an arrow. Ranged the gap at 70 and when he hit it I cow called and stopped him in his tracks. Arrow found its mark and he went 5-6 yards and it was over.

dang I was gonna ask the same thing. I find it interesting how hoof rot or a large physical injury can cause the antlers to change. I wonder if antlers are able to revert back to their normal genetics after.
Nonetheless, nice bull and I'm a fan of the non typical!
