Yikes, these things must be reproducing in my garage.....
:yike: :chuckle:
-
Your not the only one Ed. :chuckle:
-
Looks like my fresh water collection, don’t even ask about my saltwater gear :dunno: it’s a guy thing.
-
That's part of the cure, not the problem.
-
Must be having an issue with my eyes...I don't see the problem :chuckle:
You could throw them in with the house. Buyer bonus 8)

Everyone welcome Ed to the group
"Hello Ed, you are not alone, unless of course you are no longer looking at the next latest and greatest, then I believe you are stuck in a time capsule, and you need our help to help break out!"
:hello:

:hello:
Funny thing is I'm not sure where a lot of these even came from. I've only bought maybe a quarter of them. 8)

I see no problem. Carry on. :IBCOOL:
-
The fix to your "problem"? Send the "rodlings" to me!
-
Spiders use my rods stacked in the corner to reproduce and spin their webs.
-
Ed have you thought of going to a rehab facility?
-
Looks like you suffer from the same affliction as me and probably quite a few others. I have serious separation issues with fishing and hunting gear. I'm guessing at least half the fishing rods and reels I own are either broken or don't work anymore. I keep saying I'm going to "fix" them. Yeah right.
-
Others stockpile guns n ammo. I stockpile poles n reels 😂
-
Glad to see I'm not alone. :chuckle:
Rediscovered a couple of gems, a pair of old Pfluegers that were my grandfathers with the original rods and still rigged from his hand. He died in '93. And a pair of St. Croix rods that will be making their way back to the land of their birth, WI.
There are a couple that need some eyes on the tips though and a really cool steel salmon rod blank that i've meant to build since buying it at an antique store in Snohomish in 1992.

I'm just happy to see someone else uses the same storage and organization system that I do.

We have been redistributing to a couple generations younger, they get pretty excited

I've thought of that once I get my move out settled down.

And I thought that I have hoarding problem with my 15 rods :chuckle:

It's SO important to store male hunting and fishing gear separately from the female gear; otherwise they will reproduce until all available space is occupied. I had this exact problem with my female gun safe, which had 3 shelves intended for important papers, jewelry etc., and was half filled with female guns. I accidentally left a male pistol in there, and next time I opened it, it was chock full of young guns, no room left on the shelves for jewelry and papers. Worse than a rooster in a hen house full of virgin chickens!

Very true. Sometimes they fight and break each other too which is even worse.
