Bring a saddle and a poop shovel.
You will need to clear the road of horse apples to drive anywhere and then saddle one up for a rodeo! :chuckle:

I have not hunted deer there but we did hunt elk. We didn’t see many deer in the west side of the unit, however my buddy when on a stand in the timber had a 6x6 muley walk 10 yards from him! He said he was around 26” wide, a real stud.

Go to the web site and look up the big game statistics. In 2019 they killed more 4 points than 2 points.
I am setting up a hunt in 2021 for my wife and 3 hunting buddies, we have a 4 point average and this hunt is on the table so we may see you there.

Keep in touch, we will be applying for spring beer tags and accounting 🧾 n late May, might kill a bear while we are there scouting for deer terrain.

Some really nice bucks were killed out of there this year. Didn't spend as much time as I wanted to in the unit this fall due to being very busy. Here's a buck I did see while hiking in November.
