Easy mistake on that one. I read back through it and thought "there is no olive oil".

I do. I don't use a bag though, just put a bowl with the marinade and the meat in the chamber.

be a while before I cook it, so in a bag in the fridge it goes :tup:

It has a marinade button. Runs for 60 seconds.

Cool, mine does not have that, but I guess I could run it for 60 seconds and then cancel.

I don’t have a chamber vac but I do have some chicken tandoor that is going to be tasty Wednesday night.
