These press releases by CBD show some of the law suites filed by some of these in 2021 alone. You cant tell me this isn't a money maker for them. I was trying to find when they challenged the USFW's decision to delist wolves from the ESA and sure enough it was there on Jan 14, 20121.

This is how many of these so called enviro groups make money. A full  time paid staff has thebreal ability to facilitate change. It is also why we as sportsmen seembto always be on the defensive side of the operation.

Our taxes actually pay for their lawsuits that’s why they do it
It’s called EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT look it up it will make you mad to see how they use this

...and the law's not going to change with a D triple play in our government. They love these guys and their money...which comes from us.

So I should found an "environmental group" and sue the government because sections of the Snake and Columbia rivers have milfoil?

Boaters Against River Salad . BARS. That should draw attention to my cause. Hire some hirsute chicks to answer phones for my organization.

I'll just tell the judge interest rates are so low that the Corp of Engineers can afford to give me a couple million.

Maybe I'll go all Pocahantas Warren and change my name to Sandberm Riverwatch. Indians seem to be always getting some green destruction money.

You just need to be a lawyer or at least (just slept at a holiday in express)
And you and your helpers in your group if successful in the suit get your services paid for
