Didn’t get the outcome I was hoping for. Had zero smoking time on the Traeger due to the cold weather. Ended up cooking it at 2:50 on the Traeger until it hit 190 and then wrapped for an hour.Still pretty good I’ve done tons better but I think I’ll make it into salsa Verde or enchiladas or something. As pork sandwich I’m good
