Title: Second run
Post by: Blacklab on March 04, 2021, 07:32:35 AM
Went to Merwin yesterday. Little chilly and foggy first part of morning. After that it was just beautiful. A few hours long line two poles 125’ and 150’. Nothing then I went long lining one pole and downrigger the other rod nothing. Several boats on the water not sure how they did. Didn’t hardly mark any fish.

They released a bunch of water and it often kills the bite. Two limits Saturday, four fish yesterday for a buddy of mine.

No Tiger’s outhouse

Medic6 didn’t know they were playing with the water levels. I need to pay better attention. Good to hear about your buddy.

Yeah, me too.  Been getting a few, like three a day.  One day right on top, next day down about 9 ft.  Got there late today fished 3hrs. 10:00 - 1:00, not a bite.  Not a blue bird day but still warm and pleasant.  With an open boat got out of there before any rain
