Does anyone have any experience setting up in the the exact same spot for Turkey #2, or more? I got one this morning and am planning on taking my 4yr old out tomorrow for the father/daughter trip (after all she does have a ghillie suit AND camo makeup :)). Can I setup essentially the exact same and somewhat anticipate the same results? (I know they are birds and do their own thing.) Or does the feathers and such laying around warm them off? The spot is by a downed tree and so hiding a 4yr old twitch machine would be good there.

If there are birds in the area, you can kill them in the same spot hours apart. I would say if you don't have any other prospects......then go kill another.
Good Luck

Perfect. Will do!!!

Yep go for it. I took an inpatient rushed shot yesterday, opening day, missed. Went back same exact spot this morning and they were going crazy again. Another hunter came in and shot. We still chased birds and gobbles all morning. Unfortunately we couldn’t seal the deal.
