 Let's keep this civil, eh?

Seattle Gun Rights Examiner asks: "Is the new Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife rule allowing bowhunters and muzzleloaders to carry defensive handguns in conflict with state law?"

Nice piece Dave.  Thanks for airing this issue.

				I love you man!   :chuckle:

Here is a copy of the letter I received back from the NRA on this issue.  Seems kind of cookie cutter but they are looking into it.

 Dear Mr. Kain,

 Thanks for contacting NRA-ILA.

I will be forwarding this to the WA State Liaison.

Please allow me to take this opportunity to thank you for your dedicated support. Because of people like you we are heartened in our efforts to preserve and protect the right of all law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. You are a true friend of the American gun owner and we take pride in knowing that.

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns, and as always, we appreciate your support.

 Sincerely,

 Krista Cupp
 NRA-ILA Grassroots Division

I hope they stomp the WDFW.....I think they are totally out of line on this one. :bdid:

 Thanks for letting them know.

If any State or City Officials attempt to or does arrest anyone that someone knows here for carrying we should look into some of the Pro 2nd Amendment Organizations for assistance with Lawyer fees.  :twocents:

Well, the Second Amendment Foundation has a pretty full plate right now, as does the NRA, but hang in there. Soon as I post my next column on Examiner.com, I'll supply the links here. This one could raise a few eyebrows.
