I've never seen an Eastern hen look like that either. Somebody had their Merriam get through the fence.

I was going to say exactly that. That isn't a eastern almost postive that is a merriam. I would say that is one someone raised and it got loose. I have heard of other people seeing turkey in Tacoma before.It is a hen anway.and doesn’t really have eastern characteristics?
