I’m a bacon fan but no so much that low shelf brand. Burn it down and it’s doable I’m sure. :chuckle:
-
Regardless of brand, for $.25....that is the deal of the century...
-
:yeah: I like ALL bacon.
-
Ya, for .25c you could grind it with deer burger
-
I ground bacon up in some turkey breakfast sausage this year and it was awesome!
-
I would freeze pretty quick.
I have a feeling there is a reason is was that price.
Nice score!!!!👌👌👌👌
-
Yea they ordered too much and it was close dated, went straight into the freezer.
Told the wife this AM that it cost me 12.5 cents to feed her breakfast...LOL

I, too, am a fan of the top shelf, but Bar S has a classic bacon flavor and crisps up like no other. I've been close to the flavor with home cured and smoked, but can't replicate the crisp without a slicer.
That's a good haul.

My arteries clog just looking at it
-
great deal and I love the idea of grinding it up! I'm also a bacon snob of sorts, I'll eat it all, but the wife knows to buy thick cut pepper bacon from the butcher.
-
Sooooo, do all ya'll bacon snobs lift your pinky finger while eating it?
Just givin you all crap.. There is no such thing as BAD bacon. lol

Remember there will be and have ammo/component, wood product and TP shortages. And I've read meat shortages including bacon are coming. So it sounds like Nock Nock is just ahead of the game. Time will tell if we all are :kneel: begging for bacon and one supply. :chuckle:

Somebody say BACON? :chuckle:

I prefer to make my own. Season it how I like, thick as I want  Making my brats, and breakfast sausage this weekend.

Dipped in Asiago/Parmesian/Blue cheese dip.....

Nice. I made about 25 pounds of maple bacon bear sausage out of some of my bear meat last year and it was pretty spectacular. Would have been even better if the bacon had cost me right around 2 dollars...
