Title: Looking for 2 1/2 inch .410 shells
Post by: Screaminreelz on April 26, 2009, 02:40:56 PM: I'm looking to find 2 1/2 inch .410 000 shells. Anyone know a reputable place to find them? I've looked all over and the only places I found have been in 5 packs for like $5.

Do they not sell them in boxes like the other .410 shells?

Want them for my new toy Taurus Judge.

Post by: bugle-em on April 26, 2009, 08:23:30 PM: found them at wal-mart in spokane last week, behind the counter, had some for 14 bucks, and some for 8 bucks, thought i'd get a deal and bought the cheap ones, got home and it's only a box of 20, so when did they start making a box of shotgun shells only 20?

Post by: Stevo539 on April 26, 2009, 09:59:34 PM: Saw some at the Puyallup gun show this weekend. One of the big ammo dealers had them. That dealer is at the show every month. Didn't check the price 'cause I wasn't really looking to buy any.

When I had my Judge, I found all the .410 ammo I needed at Sportsmans

And when I wanted 3" for my OU .22/.410 I could not find any there...

Post by: Intruder on April 28, 2009, 09:30:06 AM: Try your local trap/skeet club. 2 1/2" .410 are the standard for target shooting. You are going to be very limited in shot size though. Most often they're only available in 9s.
