I got the email notice from WDFW yesterday. Interesting this was I saw no mention of tribs being open.

I didn't get an email from the WDFW. The article I linked could easily be wrong.

Nope, Its right. Went back and looked for the umpteenth time and the Cowlitz is open. Just missed seeing it on there a few times.
