I have a stock that is months past due. I received an email and had some correspondence on July 8th and haven't been able to get ahold them since. Not responding to emails or voice-mail. Had anyone been in contact with them? I don't do Facebook but I can see that they have been active on there this week. It's really bugging me.
Thanks

I've never dealt with them but they have a reputation for being slow anyways, and I'm sure they're as busy and backlogged as everybody else right now. If they're seriously delinquent and unresponsive I'd start blowing them up on social media, unfortunately that seems to be the best way to get a response these days.

No one in the industry is even reading emails right now....... So backlogged it doesn't matter and they have so many staff shortages no one is available to answer.
Calling is only chance of getting ahold of anyone. I'm in same boat with LRI which has a great customer service reputation.

duckslayer89 put me in touch with Tom Manners. What a great guy. He went and found my stock to check on progress. He even took pictures and texted them to me. My stock was in final completion area. I received it about 2 week ago. Unfortunately it needed some fine tuning because my barreled action is from the new savage 110 ultralight and they hadn't done many. They had me send everything to them so they could to the final assembly at their shop. I will have it back today as soon a s UPS Arrives and will be shooting tomorrow.

Man they don't mess around. I sent it back in a box taken apart and wrapped in bubble wrap. This is how I got it back.
