Unfortunately, I will be working the opener.  I do have the weekend off, so will be out then. 

As always, that little cold front that came through seems to have pushed most of the dove out already.  I was seeing decent numbers on my long drive to work each day, but over the last week haven't seen any.

asmith U are close to me by Banks lake South,
Give that area a try behind the Silo's just east of town, a few Wheat fields in the area and lots of olive tree's for the evening roost....

Took a drive to Ephrata to pick up some beef.  Saw 1 dove the entire 3 hours on the road.  They have all vacated!

Im not willing to drive very far around here to shoot at some air rats.  I enjoy hunting and eating them, but there isn't enough around here to make it worth while.
