Through quite a few of my lenders, we have the ability to let you e-sign (electronic signature) documents and E-Close your loan from anywhere. This helps keep the loan on schedule when you have are at work, an unexpected trip, surprise vacation, etc. It's also convenient to keep the loan moving forward with signing loan estimates, closing disclosures, etc. You can sign from your laptop, smart phone, any device that has internet access. For E-Closing, the title company will schedule a date and the notary will give you window of time when they'll contact you to close. This is pretty slick!
