Anyone have any experience with the garmin bark limiter or have any other bark collars you’d recommend?

I have the tri-tronics (prior to being bought out by Garmin).  The new garmin's look like an updated version of the Tri-tronics ones I have. I used them on a GSP and a Vizsla for when the dogs were outside and we were away.  They worked great.  Good battery life. Never any problems.

we used a citronella spray bark collar when our dog was a pup training her to not bark when we'd leave the house.
she learned quick and we didnt need to use it that long.

Been using Sportdog.  It has 3 stages.  Allows dog bark once twice progressive teaching style.  Works great.  Dog knows when it isnt on him though.
