SALEM, Ore. —Poachers beware, there is a new force in the courts: An anti-poaching special prosecutor. Jay D. Hall, hired last month as a new Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice, is serious about prosecuting fish and wildlife crimes.

Inslee requested and the legislature passed a budget last week which will fund several Assistant Attorney General positions in WA for the state AG's Office to prosecute some poaching cases in-lieu of county prosecutors.

Yep, it’s good news but they have no interest in prosecuting skinny jean rioters  :rolleyes:
