All ready for spring Bfishn and some halibut. Not super excited about the long run from CQ out to NB. Fishing out of La Push seems resonable in the local area. How about the operation at the marina? Parking, amenities, crowds? Having never been to that particular area, I am thankful to know what to expect.

Having not been open the last couple seasons I would assume they will be busy. 1-2hr launch lines on a Hali day..iffy ramp. Parking is so so.
A few years ago it was a quiet place to go .word got out and it's turned into a train wreck.
Of course with Neah opening back up it should spread the pressure.

The Makah Tribe opened Neah Bay April 1 2022 if that changes your plans.

No gas in Neah Bay unless you go over to the fuel dock at the mini mart & that is E10 there. LaPush has non e gas & ample parking as long as it doesn’t turn into the old days when dates were limited. :twocents:

Flat ocean led to an exploratory trip yesterday. Boss at the marina office said hali days will be a mess.

Is Neah still requiring you to be vaccinated to be on the reservation or did they drop that too? Thanks

Makah website says no proof of vacs required.

I was there 2 weeks ago to bottomfish, no vax required and good to be back there. The parking pass is 20$ now instead of 10.

No problem. Good luck out there it will be busy during halibut. If i head out there ill be probably hanging around Sekiu unless the swells are family friendly.
