can anyone verify if the traditions buckstalker is legal in Washington, its a break action type, and i just want to clarify that it still meets "exposed to the elements" criteria for muzzeloaders, isnt the rule that the ignition system has to be "exposed to the elements"  not sure how "exposed" or what is considered "exposed vs not exposed"

they changed the rule a few years back, 209 primers are legal and no more exposed breech.
