The family and I are taking a trip next week to Enumclaw for a few days. Any good lakes around to bank fish for the kids?

Nolte State park has some decent shore fishing. The Green and White river both have some great holes as well. If you need details on the Green send me a PM.

Yeah, Nolte State Park would be good.

OK will definitely check out the state park. Just found out we will be staying up towards Crystal mountain resort. Perhaps a lake we could hike into?
-
I usually make it up to Henskin lake above Crystal Mt for fly fishing. Probably a lot of snow still around it now but should be fishable soon. If nothing else its a great hike with nice trails.

Walker lake. Plenty of trout I caught from the shore.

I second Green Water Lakes. Nice little hike with plenty of brook trout for the kids to reel in. I'll probably be taking my daughter up there the next Saturday we have free.
