Had a good day crabbing with a bonus flounder.
Dungeness stuffed flounder fillets.

Looking good.  Crab and corn are one of my all time favorite things to eat.  We'll be out tomorrow and Saturday.

Hmmm, what do crab and corn have in common?

BUTTER!

I'm so hungry right now. If that plate was placed in front of me pretty sure that smaller stuffed filet is going down in one mouthful and then savor the rest. Looks awesome Perch!

Thanks for that great idea AP.
I have a few pounds of cracked crab and some rockfish.
Corn? Oh hell ya .

The Dockside Grill at JW Marina serves halibut topped with crab and a white sauce and it’s the bomb.
I can make something like that for damn near free.
