Giving his own opinion on the ruling, Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas noted, “The Second Amendment “protects an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.”

Article goes on to say, others have said, states like Hawaii and New York needs their laws looked at.
