Title: Testing out my Hawken
Post by: MountainDevil54 on August 20, 2022, 01:56:57 PM: Traditions St.Louis Hawken ( Kit Gun I did years ago ) .54cal 1:48 twist, 70gr 3fg Gearhart-Owen, .020" patches, .530" round balls @ 50 yards. 6 shots total.

When I pick up my fancy inline, thumbhole stock, stainless steel muzzy, I always have a tinge of longing for my old 54 cal Hawkins. So many great memories hunting with it......
