Got a call frow WDFW yesterday offering an option to purchase multi elk. New one for me, isnt it kinda late for those to still be avail?
-
Nope the left overs from second round there are a few left they want that money
-
I’m surprised they aren’t gone by now, did you buy it? You don’t lose your points if you do.
-
Didnt buy.
I only apply so if drawn I can apply for the cool modern permits. I will kill a spike with my bow, good eating.

spikes and cows are the best eating!! Good luck this year!

A sign folks are cooling to wdfw products. Albeit a small but necessary sign. No better way to send the message than to leave them holding product.

:yeah: But there are still folks clawing their way to the counter with a fist full of money. Just to take a chance on a hope.

I called the WDFW this morning to see about getting a tag as they still have leftover multi season deer tags left. They wouldn't sell me one as it has to go through the drawing system. A bunch of crap the way they rolled this one out. Had I known they were going to do this before hand, I would have just purchased an archery tag.

Is anyone ever happy?

When they change things without notice after a draw, it doesn't usually sit well. They just didn't want the system to crash again like it did last year. A royal cluster last August.

They wouldn’t sell me one either

Your not guaranteed to draw so why not buy the tag you want in the first place
