Title: 175 ABLR over H1000 in 7mm-RM
Post by: hoytxl2009 on October 26, 2022, 07:18:30 PM
Anybody tried this combo yet? Not alot of information out there so thought I'd see if anyone has tried it and if so where did you find pressure and at what velocity.

Gun is a 26" 1:9. Will use cci 250 or fed 215m with nosler brass already fired. Currently have a great load worked up for the 162 eldx but I have a bunch of 175 eldx and ablr I'd like to play around with.

Guess you’d end up around 68.0 ?

I shoot that combo in my 7stw. I'd have to look at the load cause I can't remember it right off the top of my head. Bit it shoot really nicely.

What twist ASHQUACK?  I was always curious how they would stabilize.

I'm hoping I'll make it up that high. Probably start around 63 and work up until something screams stop. Probably do the 175 eldx with the test as well.
