My daughter is soy free due to extreme allergic reaction, so they buy organic pork. I’m cooking one of her hams for Christmas Day.
Whatcha got for a brine/recipe?

I use 7up and pineapple juice for 2 days soak. Then cook in the Weber with hickory chips.

Does it need to be cured? If not, just cook in Coca-Cola, basting often.
