Wondering if anyone has a Tikka t3x 7mm-08 and has used factory 150gr eldx out of it? If so what were your results? I am thinking about giving it a go and seeing how it does, but looking for input before dropping the coin on ammo.

I have a T3 7-08 and have not had great accuracy with Hornady ammo, albeit Superformance 139s.
I don't see why the ELDX shouldn't shoot well.

It is the only ammo that had ever been shot through my compact Tikka 7mm-08.I hand load for most of my rifles but decided to keep this one simple with factory ammo.I don't recall group sizes for this rifle but i never felt that Ive needed more.I'm sure it was an inch or tighter @ 100yds other wise i would of worked on some hand loads .Ive shot 3 bucks and a bear with it and all the deer died with in a few steps and the bear probably went 20 -30 yards. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the input! I did grab a couple boxes so hopefully they shoot well.
