Post by: nwwanderer on January 30, 2023, 02:31:18 PM: 2022 74% of the USDA budget was food assistance and nutrition, food stamps in old days, 13% farm and conservation subsidies. The farm bill is always a tough sell, many want to take away that 74% and give it to other swamp people. Rewilding is such a tiny portion as to be non existent which is why they might slip it by. Keep watch, pay attention.
