Hey All, I just checked this camera and found the following pictures. I put the raccoons on here just to show what they look like on this cam because that other small black thing doesn't look like them at all.
Is it possible this is a bear cub? Something else? Its my folks front yard, I've seen bears on cam a few miles away but never on their property.
Dates and time are NOT correct. both were taken in the last two weeks.

It's a bear cub, moving away from the camera.

Bear house cat cross. Long tail on the bear cub
-
Bear cub, thats its 2 back legs

I would say a Bearcat but the Department of Fish and Wolves would declare it an endangered animal and make your folks yard a preserve.

Thanks for the response. I appreciate this communities knowledge, which is far greater than mine. I keep double guessing and think (what are the odds? it must be a black cat). But thus far most think bear, so I'm going with that for now.
