Title: Accurate state records?
Post by: MeepDog on June 13, 2023, 04:12:16 PM
I've noticed on the wdfw website that some fishing state records don't seem accurate. American shad has a description saying they weigh between 5 - 6 lbs but occasionally reach as high as 12 lbs. But the state record says 3.85lbs caught by Tom Magnuson in 2015.

Also the pikeminnow record says only 7.5 lbs yet I'm sure that's been beaten.

Should be easy beat, get after them
