I thought about it, but just can't get excited for a cow tag several states away with little public land and bad access. Go luck and hopefully you draw as it sounds like you have the perfect setup to put meat in the freezer.
There are a few units with leftover Type 4 and Type 6 tags that have decent amounts of public land and reasonable access, at least on maps and on GoHunt.
I was concerned about hunting cows given the brutal winter, but heard a podcast where the WGFD said the elk are still way above objective in some units (to the point that in the legislature there was talk of just massacring them in some areas with poor access). So I put in for another Type 6 and a Type 4. Also put in for one Type 8 WT doe tag in a unit with OK-ish access, but figured for $34 for that tag in case I don't draw the elk tags isn't much to spend.
Granted, I'm moving to Wyoming in August (and it will take months for me to get my license to work), so I will be able to put in the work on these tags and get out many times over the long seasons. I'm just stoked to explore my new home state. Even if I don't draw any more tags, I'm excited for the Type 6 I drew in a unit about 90 min from my new place.
I really scrutinized the heck out of the available leftovers. If someone wants a recommendation for a good unit for cow elk feel free to post and I'll PM you some info, though there's not much time left.
Without access to private land or using an outfitter there's basically nothing left for deer or antelope worth applying for, at least for nonresidents.
I'm really excited to be able to hunt the general seasons there next year as a resident, though I won't be able to apply as a resident for the draws as I won't have been there a year.

The unit (a southwest unit with a lot of public land) I'll be in for the leftover cow tag looks really cool. The cow tag I got in the first draw isn't far from my place I'll be moving to in August (s central), and looks to have some pretty cool country too.
The doe tag is up north and in a unit with more challenging public access than my elk units, but looks like a fun and interesting place to explore if I have time after filling the elk tags. I might also just cruise up there for a bit of a change in scenery if I draw access to the HMA during a good time.
I look forward to being a resident for the general seasons next year, and able to participate as a resident in the draws for 2025.

My group was not drawn this year for antelope tags, but we went last year 2022 via "left over tags", and tagged out. However, we will not do it again because we were in an area in Gillette that was 90% private land. There are still some good public lands to hunt in WY with good access for deer and antelope. You just have to do the research. My wife was born and raised in Thermopolis, WY, and we go there at least twice a year to visit her family. Her relatives are scattered all over WY. I envy you relocating to WY. I told my wife that I'd put in my resignation letter the same day she'd say yes to us moving back to WY. Unfortunately, she has become a "city slicker".
