Steelhead have been being caught at the mout of the toutle for a couple weeks now. Below the toutle is nasty looking water still.

I've fished the South Fork of the Toutle twice in the last week and haven't seen or heard of a fish being caught....

i've hooked into 6 fish in the last 3 outings i've made so far, so here's hoping that it'll be a good season for once...
