I have a tag wallet at home and a wallet for the field so I make sure I don't lose something like a big game tag while I'm marking my salmon catch card. Swap things out accordingly for each trip.
I drew multi-season deer on 4/8. I bought the Get Outdoors package on 4/13 according to my receipt. It's been 5 months so I don't exactly remember if I got a deer tag or not, but it should be in my Home wallet...nowhere to be found. Looking at my receipt the tags for bear, turkey, cougar and elk are listed but deer is not, so I think that means I didn't receive one. I don't see any actionable items on the website or confirmation that I received a deer tag.
Would my deer tag have been included with the Get Outdoors package or do I need to do something with the multi-season to get the deer tag?

How to get a Multi-Season Tag
Purchase a 2023 Multi-season application for deer and/or elk online or from an authorized license dealer: December 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023. - Residents: $7.10. ...
Drawing results will be available online in April.
If your name was drawn, you can purchase your Deer or Elk Multi-season tag.
The deer tags will be available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17. There will not be a purchase deadline for deer Multi-season tags; they will remain for sale until the tag limit is reached or when most of the deer hunting seasons are over.
The deer and elk tags can be purchased online or at an authorized license dealer near you. WDFW regional offices and the headquarters office in Olympia are also open for license sales.
Hunters who want to buy a Multi-season tag must have purchased a 2023 Multi-season tag application.
If you have your general season tag
If you already have your 2023 general season transport tag, you won’t need to call WDFW to cancel it, but you will need to surrender it to the license dealer or mail it to WDFW headquarters within five days of purchasing your Multi-season tag to stay in compliance with state law.
Cost, points, and perks
Multi-season deer tags are $139.10 and Multi-season elk tags are $182.00. Tag costs are the same for residents and non-residents.
Hunters who purchase a Multi-season tag in this opportunity will not lose points in their Multi-season special hunt application categories.
Hunters with Multi-season tags can hunt all three weapon choices (modern firearm, muzzleloader, archery), season permitting, until their tag is filled. That means an opportunity to hunt in seasons stretching from September into December, depending on where you choose to hunt. You can also hunt elk in both Eastern and Western Washington with an elk Multi-season tag.

Did you purchase the multi season deer permit? It's not on the receipt.

I drew the multi season deer tag as well. I had to surrender my general rifle deer tag to the dealer. Then I had to purchase the multi season deer tag by July 31st.
If you don’t surrender your general deer tag they will not allow you to purchase a multi season tag.
If you don’t purchase by July 31st everyone that bought a multi season deer permit can go in and purchase any leftover tags. I believe you could also go in and purchase a leftover tag as well if you forgot to grab yours by July 31st.
Hope that helps…

Basically you need to go in and try to buy a left over tag at this point for the $139+ dollars or just take a single weapon tag that came with you outdoor package. And your points have been used, you won’t get those back.

No deer tag on that receipt. So perhaps you didn’t choose a weapon type and don’t have a deer tag.
What weapon did you choose?
If you haven’t bought the multiseason that you drew…I’m pretty sure you’re out of luck for a multiseason tag since allegedly all the surplus were sold.

Applications are made for a multi-season permit, not a multi-season tag. Successful applicants for a multi-season permit may purchase a multi-season tag. If the person already has a general deer tag, it may be exchanged for a multi-season tag.
Being drawn for a multi-season permit does not automatically result in the user having a multi-season tag.

Got it, thanks. Didn't realize there was a deadline to buy the multi-season after you drew it. Oh well.
Will go down to the store and see if they can print my deer tag I guess.

They can and they will.
