My dad and 2 brothers fished it today and my older brother had a crazy thing happen. Second cast with a wee dick nite he hooks about a 8’ sturgeon! He played it for a while it came up and kinda tried to jump and my brother decided to break it off. He didn’t want to waste all day trying to land it. I told him it probably would have been a world record. How many people have ever landed a sturgeon on a wee nite? Then I told him about all the free gear he would have got for doing such an unbelievable feat😂. He just laughed and said he wanted to catch silvers.
