Been watching some snows rolling in. Starting to feel like waterfowl season.

Good to feel the change. Was fishing La Push thos past weekend and watched countless small groups of mallards, wigeon, and pinners headed south about a mile offshore.

Sure felt like duck hunting weather last night!  I hate to see the coho sucked into the rivers, but it marks the opening of another opportunity.

Chehalis basin will put out coho till January, so the rains are good. Makes for good cast n blast coming back from the coast.Maybe the river will stay open this year.

Large flocks of Canadas have been flying over my house in Roy daily for the last few weeks. Haven't seen much for ducks, but they will come. I have a new dog in training and am currently building blinds. I am stoked!
