You're not allowed to remove the whole head, neck, etc. from the unit due to CWD. I skull capped mine and the check station people said it was good to go after having dried out for a night. But if you want a Euro or something you'll need to have stuff to do that there. Forget about using a taxi in the unit as there's only 2-3 and they'll already have full freezers.

If it’s a white tail, only deer tag, make sure when you bone it out you leave the tail attached to the largest portion of meat. As well as proof of sex. My uncle and cousin both got tickets last year for having the tail in a Ziploc bag with the meat but not attached.General tag but thanks for the heads up!
