Title: Prime Rib bone soup.
Post by: Snakeriver on December 25, 2023, 02:30:54 PM
Dont throw those rib bones away. Boil them down slowly in a big pot. Seperate out all the meat from the bones and gristle. Then throw in some egg noodles. Makes a super rich beefy soup.

:yeah:
Add carrots and celery to, barley would work over noodles.

I like to thicken the broth with corn starch  and make it gravy.  A bit of au jus powder also enhances it.
