O’Rourke says this is far from the case. Of the 11 public comments that were heard during the Jan. 11 meeting, five opposed the regulated hunting of lions while six were in support of it.

Well, it looks like the Anti's win again. There will be no spring Couger hunt in Colorado this year and they are banning the use of electronic callers. I saw the article today on Outdoor Life @ Guns.com. Looks like Washington isn't the only State with a Game Dept. that has it's head where the sun doesn't shine.Respectfully clarifying something for you….. Washington doesn’t have a “Game Department” anymore, haven’t since the 90,s and there in lays one of our problems, our other problem is we have s liberal leaning/democrat ran state who’s leadership pretty much “points and shoots” the WDFW in a direction that benefits their agendas and donors.👍👍

It really does suck what they are trying to do to hunting in Democrat led states, it’s only going to get worse until more people vote R. My son has some friends he played minor league ball with who lived in Colorado, they called the state “A true hunters paradise” and always tried to get us to come down and hunt their ranch, this was 15 or so years ago, we never did make it. My son talked with one of them a year or two ago and he said there were some big changes “being sniffed” and he feared because of the changing political climate it wasn’t going to be good for hunters……Well, here we go, more to come I’m sure.

Thinking the same last night,but deleted my comment, cause I figured it was off topic.
But totally agree with ya,very similar.
Our April season is taken away.
On top of that ,safety removal will count toward quotas.
Alot of areas will close January 1 with no spring season at all in Washington.
