Title: Green river permits way down

For years they agreed to harvest the same as us, that worked well. Now they are back to ceremonial hunts and taking more. A main guard told me this a few years ago when I was in there, figured they would reduce our tags.

Agreed. I don't think the tribe can shoot cows on a ceremony permit. I need to check on that.
