Title: Hornady Load info?

I lost my manual...can someone tell me what the min/max powder is for a 7mm Rem mag & RL 22 on the 139 gr sst is.  Thanks

I dont got a hornady reloading.....otherwise I could help more BUt

My nosler with a 140 grain says
RL22
