I’m getting tired of plain old yellow mustard on my sandwhiches. Oftentime I keep my sandwhiches pretty simple with meat and mustard, sometimes I get fancy and throw whatever cheese is in the fridge on and every so often I really go all out and do tomatos onions and peppers too.
What sauce are you guys using? Homemade or otherwise?

sriracha sauce

Our daily sandwiches consist of homemade bread, thin sliced home deer/elk, home grown spinach, homemade pickled red onions, homemade mayo, garden tomato slice and if grown enough, sprouts.
We’ve gone this homemade route the past 12 months and I’m impressed with us. I’ve never been prouder of a stupid sandwich, even the kids (6 and 8) love them.

sriracha sauce
The new Sriracha sauce is pretty amazing. I am a huge fan of the green sauce as the flavor is amazing and the spice is very mild. I put it on everything. We had moose burger stuffed peppers tonight and I topped it with green Sriracha and sour cream. So delicious.

The red sauce is medium spice and heavy on garlic....also delicious.

Try a little bit of this and a small amount of stard.

I put a little mayo in a bowl, couple healthy splashes of Worcestershire sauce, and season with some Cajun 2 step. Mix that up and 😍😍

Grew up using this sauce on just about everything. Still love it one venison steaks or mixed in ground for burger patties.
Side note when I hit 7 or 8 I realized my buddy Caleb’s grandpa Bob was the owner. He was a salt of the earth kind of guy that treated everyone like family. It’s still a family run business back in IL, I think he would be proud.

Really like that Beaver zesty horseradish sauce on most sandwiches.

My wife makes a pulled venison sandwich stuff with leftover Crock pot meat.
It's usually BBQ sauce like baby Ray's or whatever.

Huckleberry jam. You're welcome.

Huckleberry jam. You're welcome.
I could see that being really good, but it’s hard to make huckleberry pie when you used all your berries for jam lol
