Title: Release?
Post by: Kain on June 23, 2009, 04:48:34 PM: Any recommendations? I am looking for value per dollar and know nothing about them. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be sweet. Thanks

I have been shooting with a glove all my life and want to switch but didn't want to buy one that sucks. I will try to make it out to Longview instead of going to Sportsmans. :yeah: They aren't cheap though.... I still think they are a good "value".

Same here. I think mine might be called the little bitty goose though, it's the one with the nylon strap that goes between the trigger and the wrist strap, instead of the metal rod. Nice release.

I like the foldback feature since it makes it easier to work my turkey calls and as soon as I get a bowfishing rig, I can still use a fishing pole while wearing the release to be ready if I see a carp. I can't recall what I paid for it, but it was reasonable.

i shot a rhino(original silverhorn)

this kind of rig is excellent for hunting because you dont have to fool around with clipping or grabbing onto the loop. just hook and go.
