Made these last night,Trying to use up turkey meat.
Before the new season starts .
These are pretty good.

I skipped the food processor part. And grind turkey meat three times with the fine plate, worked for me.
Also they do have a similar taste to McDonald's nuggets.
But a little plain,I'd probably add a teaspoon of Johnny's to the batter if I did it again.
We used about a half a breast, ended up with three plates of giant nuggets.
I saved the other half of ground meat for turkey chilli or something.
Most tender wild turkey I ever ate, grinded three times will do that.
Keep your nuggets or mini turkey patties thin, that way when you fry it will fully cook meat when outside is crispy.

Wife was not impressed with the corn starch all over the kitchen.....lol

Looks great. Need to get eating some soon. Love grinding the turkey and making different stuff out of it. So many different things can be made from ground turkey.

That is all my family does now, we grind it all. I’ve tried several ways of cooking it throughout the years. Many have been fine. However it is a “job” to get them tasty/tender. Many times trying suggested recipes I thought to my self after pounding it, smoking, soaking, spicing, etc. that I could do this with a 2 day old road kill raccoon and it would taste good also.
It’s Butterball for me at Thanksgiving.
Love hunting them though.
