				Brined 2.5 days smoked 10hrs. Vac pack sat for future good eats :drool:

				Man I miss keeping a 1 lb ziplock bag of Smoked Kokanee in the Refrigerator!
 That makes my mouth water!
 
 No Kokanee here in OKC  :bash:
 
 We have to settle for the Smoke Salmon Bites from Costco, good, but not as good as having a bag of Smoked Kokanee good.
