that's a pretty specific question. i take it you found some tracks? coyotes should still be in family groups right now so i would say its not unreasonable to see them running together

coyote = 40-50lbs tops
wolf = 150-180lbs

:yeah:  You have to kill them and pick them up (weigh them) to know the difference. (Don't ask about the Canada Goose.)

i dig a hole and cover up all the coyotes i shoot... never seem to have a good pelt, even though they seem nice and fat  :dunno: ?
