Title: Knight bolt
Post by: dawhunt on July 02, 2009, 05:29:30 AM
Has anyone out there had trouble with the knight bolt igniting #11 or musket caps ??
I was told the other day the bolt was designed to fire 209's not 11's or musket caps
these caps are desigined to be fired by a flat bolt ?? just wondering. :dunno:
if so what did you do to get it to fire ????

I don't know about all the Knight rifle, but the Bighorn is designed to shoot 209, musket, and # 11 caps.  You just change out the breechplug.

I would probably guess that is your problem as yours was designed to shoot with 209 primers.
