Title: Arrow Quiver
Post by: yousowise on July 12, 2009, 09:02:53 PM
Hello all,
I am new to bow hunting and new to this site.  I need to get a quiver for my bow.  Just wondering how many arrows you guys pack around with you.  Would a 4 arrow quiver be acceptable or do most people pack more?  I realize all it takes is one arrow as long as it is put in the right spot and follow up shots probably don't happen very often.  Just wanting some opinions,
Thanks,
Ben

My old Jennings held 8 arrows but I carried only 7 and one blunt to shoot at stumps during the day to stay tuned up.  This year I got a Mathews Quiver on my new Mathews bow BUT the hood on it doesn't compleatly cover the broadheads :yike: so I took it OFF! I think they designed it for the short broadheasd and I won't shoot thoese.  :dunno:
