Boy, ain't that the truth!

Peep sights creep and move with time and heat variations. To keep abreast of that movement you just need to take the string off and give it a 1/2 twist when needed. That makes a bow press of some sort necessary, but they're a good item to own when you start working on your own stuff. The little Bowmaster portable press has proven itself to me over the years; the one line of bows that it won't do that I've found so far is the Silverado line from Alpine since their cam is too wide for the split limb attachment, but a little grinding on the attachment to widen it and it would work fine.

I have never had a issue with any of mine, on any bow

i have tryed thise peeps and there always seems to be some string going right through where i need to see, i can still see but it bothers me.

I had a Winner's Choice string put on my bow, and the peep still turned after 100 shots. I finally went back to tubing.

Unfortunately this dilemna is as old as the "Which string is better" one. Both sides are almost always right.

Once it has settled a 1/2 twist to the string in one direction or the other will get the peep lined up again, and then shouldnt move from there. I would recommend to anyone getting into archery to buy or build a bow press. Its not difficult to do your own work :twocents:

is your bow a single cam? these are the pickiest for peep rotation because the string is so long. mine hasnt moved on my bowmadness xl since i put the strings on. lines up with the loop at brace and comes straight back every time.
